One-On-One Training

All new Customer Focus users are invited and encouraged to take part in a free one time, one on one 'introductory' training session. Customer Focus users are also invited to sign up for additional one-on-one training or a group training session.  Please fill out the following form if you are interested in taking advantage of this complementary training resource.

One-on-one Training enables you to maximize the benefits of using your new Customer Focus website and/or order management solution. 

Introductory STORE training will teach users how to manage and customize your website. This is not a design session, however, you will learn just how easy it is to add product, content, links, images, banners and apply Search Engine Optimization techniques that can help you create a website that sets you apart from all the rest!  Introductory VISION training will teach users how to add customers, search product, process orders, run reports and create company stores for customers. Ultimately, making it easy to manage and grow your business.

We recommend setting aside 60 minutes for VISION training, and 30-45 minutes for STORE training.

Your Account Manager will be able to organize your inroductory session on your behalf, however if you prefer, complete the form below, indicate the times and dates that work for you and a Training/Onboarding Specialist will contact you and confirm the details of your training session.

Please note that our Training Dept. is located on the West Coast, and training is conducted between the hours of 8.30AM and 4.30PM Pacific, Monday to Friday.
