Gateway- Adding Products


 

 

Step 1 Select Add Product from the Products drop down, located on the navigation toolbar at the top of the page.

 

Step 2Fill out the Product Details for the product that you are adding: Enter Name, Product Code, Description, Notes, Keywords, Select Category and Vendor using the drop downs provided.

 

Step 3Click the "STEP 2: Colors & Sizes" tab. Make your selections by using the dropdowns provided and checking the box next to the size options.

 

 

Step 4Click "STEP 3: Customization" Select your customization methods and locations using the drop downs provided.  

 

 

Step 5 – Click "STEP 4: Pricing" 

  • Select the radio button for how you want to enter the pricing (Cost/Margin, Sell/Margin, Cost/Sell)
  • You can choose how you want the price to display (Show prices, Show as POA)
  • Choose Base Product Pricing Supplied as (Plain Stock, Inclusive of a 1 color print).
  • Enter quantity breaks and Base pricing
  • To add additional costs, click the Add Additional Cost button.
  • To add color/size variations, click on Add Color/Size Price Variation.  This will allow you to input pricing for each variation.

 

Step 6 Click "Step 5 - Images" The Images tab allows you to add a product image. Click browse and then find the image you want on your local computer and upload it. Click the button at the bottom right of the screen to save the product to your database.

 

 

 Step 7 When all your information has been added, check "Publish Product to Website"

 Step 8 Click "Check/Save Product
